SKULL ISLAND is our $37,000 weanling purchase from Hilty Showpigs at the 2025 The Established Midwest Sale! We had heard about him leading up to the sale and he certainly lived up to the hype! He has matured beyond what we could have hoped for and is primed and ready to make an impact!

SKULL ISLAND reminds us so much of his great sire in terms of the power, mass, and stoutness he brings. He is huge chested. bold centered and leaves with a view of true width and dimension. He is very shapely up high with an expressive muscle pattern and deep groove that starts right out of his blade and carries all the way back to a steer-like hip. As stated above, he brings all those extra power traits of Kong but reads with a sharper look and more exotic presence from his blade forward!

SKULL ISLAND is sired by KONG, who has been one of the most popular boars here at PBG and is off to a blazing start, siring high sellers and winners at a very high rate. As we have said all summer, adding elite Kong sons was a high priority going into the season, SKULL ISLAND is a perfect representation of the kind of sons we were hoping to add! SKULL ISLAND's mother is sired by To The Extreme, (Tricked Out x Quite Frankly and No Stranger's mom) the Mark Gray boar that had an incredible run for us here at PBG!
