RAMBO is a young boar that we bred here at PBG that has been EXTREMELY popular amongst visitors on tours this summer! RAMBO has always been a standout that brings some really far-reaching pieces to the table! He is tall shouldered and elevated with a wild look through his head and neck! He is still big chested and powerful in his makeup and stands on enormous legs! RAMBO is the kind that you just take to complete, fundamental females and let him do all the work injecting the extras!!

RAMBO is sired by Out For Blood, the Mauck boar here at PBG that is one of the most popular boars we have here! The mother of RAMBO is a Tricked Out x Next Intention x Big Step x Teen Spirit. This sow came from a very successful litter in her own right and this litter’s grandmother came out of one of the most popular litters we have ever farrowed!! They were very impressive as weanlings when they sold in the Spring of 2021, but most importantly, they also fed extremely well and performed in the show ring at a very high level, including the Taulman Gilt that was Grand or Reserve Grand Overall several times on the summer show circuits, as well as another barrow that was 2021 Wyoming State Fair Third Overall (Champion Light Cross) Barrow. She is off to an awesome start and in her first litter that sold late last Spring, she generated some special keeper gilts, as well as impressive wins on the jackpot circuit last summer and fall and had a barrow that the Peugh Family showed to 2^nd place in the Heavyweight Yorkshire Barrow class at ’22 State Fair of Texas. The great-granddam of this litter was bred by Three’s Company and is the popular blue eyed gilt that the Hege Family showed a couple summers back. She was extremely successful at numerous virtual and live shows throughout the summer. As impressive as she was as a show gilt, we thought her extreme pieces were as far reaching as any female we had seen and her true value would be as a sow. In her young career, this sow is proving to be one of those very special kind of generators, and so far has generated: 2023 Houston Class Winning Cross Barrow, 2022 San Antonio Champion Division 2 Crossbred Barrow, 2022 Texas National Reserve Grand Overall Barrow (Champion Light Cross), 2021 Wyoming State Fair 3^rd Overall Barrow (Champion Light Cross), the popular Taulman gilt that racked up wins in the Summer of ’21, and countless more jackpot and county fair winners!! The pigs out of this sow line flat out feed, perform, and win and we predict that RAMBO will be a sire that injects those qualities with the eild extras it takes to win in the big rings!!
