This one is WILD! WILD THING is our Spring '20 from Holt Livestock. We had been in contact throughout the Spring on this exciting Berkshire boar and were thrilled to get him bought! Sired by Berkshire "Man Of The Year" SHATTERED and out of a Stressed Out 70-1 dam who was the 2019 OYE Reserve Berkshire Gilt, WILD THING is a boar that is packing some serious genetic heat and has the goods to back it up!!

WILD THING is a unicorn in his ability to be extremely stout, rugged, and dense in his skeleton, all while maintaining an attractive look and build from the side profile. He stands on enormous legs with big feet and maintains tremendous structural integrity at the ground! WILD THING is very impressive in the mass and power he gives you working all the way down his back to his hip. His hind leg is loose and square, allowing him to hinge and drive with comfort and ease.

The Holt's have been on a tear in the Berkshire rings in the Southwest for years and its pigs that are built with the unique, intriguing pieces that WILD THING possesses that make that type of consistent success possible!!
