Magic Beans is our awesome Family Jewels son we purchased from MB Genetics! While we were picking up Family Jewels, we got the tour and looked through all the older Berkshire boars, as well as the young ones they had on feed. When Magic Beans drove out, we knew we needed to purchase him to bring him to PBG to stand along side his sire! Genetically, MAGIC BEANS offers a big time genetic punch! Sired by the legendary FAMILY JEWELS, and his dam is a Blackish x Shotgun Rider sow that is a littermate to the 2018 Houston Champion Berkshire Barrow! We had heard from several that were there in Houston that he was a truly incredible barrow, which only strengthens our faith in what we think MAGIC BEANS can accomplish as a sire!

Phenotypically, MAGIC BEANS is an impressive specimen! He is a moderate framed, stout hog, that is still very attractive and good looking! He is very square and proportionate from every angle you analyze him! He offers a bold chest floor and maintains this squareness to the ground. As he drives away, he demonstrates this same squareness from top of his hip, down through his hock to the ground! He is very impressive in the amount of product he possesses, while still being excellent in his overall skeletal correctness and flexibility! We are very impressed with MAGIC BEANS and how he has continued to mature since we brought him home-we think he can add to his sire’s legacy!!
