Our family roots run very deep in the Poland breed as that is where my Grandfather Chester Meal started in the purebred business in 1916. The Meal’s cut a pretty big swath in those days with their Polands showing 5 Polands to Grand Overall 4-H Barrow honors at the Indiana State Fair.

Done Deal was the $10,000 Champion & Top Selling Boar @ STC last year that we purchased with Tucker’s Polands.  We bought Done Deal to get great big chests and massive middles into our Nibbs line who makes them extremely functionally correct. Well, Done Deal certainly delivered. 

Champion Points Gilt IJSC (7-Time Champion in 9 shows); Reserve Poland Barrow @ WPX, 5th Overall Poland Gilt @ WPX,  Reserve Poland Barrow @ STC, 4th Overall Barrow STC, 4th Overall Gilt STC, 3 of the 8 Class-winning Gilts @ STC.  Champion Poland Gilt Wisconsin State Fair 4-H, Reserve Champion Gilt Ohio State Fair Open, Class-winning gilt Indiana State Fair 4-H, Champion Market Hog Iowa St Fair 4-H as well as the 2 boars we are retaining—Case Closed and Positive Attraction.  

If you need to bust your Polands open and put rib in them, we don’t think there are many that do it as consistently well as Done Deal has.
