For starters, he is sired by the legend in the making, All Due Respect and his mother is widely considered one of the very best gilts of any breed to be shown at OYE in quite some time! We purchased her as the $60,000 world record selling Poland gilt after she showed to the honors of being named the 2021 Oklahoma Youth Expo Reserve Grand Overall Purebred Gilt!! This sow was bred Richey Livestock, a firm that flat out gets it done winning big shows time after time! Even more impressive, her littermate sisters were Reserve Champion and 3Rd Overall Poland China Gilts at OYE!! Visually, this sow is one of the most impressive pieces of livestock we have ever seen and mating her to what we believe to be the best Poland boar we have ever laid eyes on was a no brainer decision!! Simply put, this mating worked better than we could have ever imagined and resulted in an incredible litter of Poland Chinas with several littermates that we have very high expectations for as the show season progresses!! It is difficult to adequately describe how high we are on the potential of PARDON THE INTERRUPTION! PARDON THE INTERRUPTION is what we dreamed of making when we planned this mating! He combines ALL of the best traits of his incredible sire and dam into one unbelievable package! If you are familiar with the Poland breed you know how rare it is for a boar to have the ability to combine these extreme traits into a package that is still so functional and correct, PARDON THE INTERRUPTION combines them all at a very high level! He is crazy stout and burly with huge legs and masculine features. PTI is a moderate framed, shorter bodied boar that still exhibits an attractive look with balance and design, with a wild looking shape to his skull. He comes at you bold with a huge chest and leaves you with that same kind of width, power, and dimension. For a Poland boar, he is so unique for this breed in his ability to be blown apart with unrivaled spread behind the backside of his shoulder blade and he shows off a deep groove all the way back to a big hip and rump that is packed full of muscle and product! Most important he exhibits all these traits while still maintaining a proper angle to his shoulder blade, forearm and front foot, as well as ideal set and cushion to his rear foot and pastern.
