While watching the deep Spot show, BIG SWING hit us really hard for his far reaching, extreme pieces, while still remaining very functional and correct. BIG SWING also incorporates the legends of the Spotted breed, along with some different blend of outcross genetics for breeding flexibility. The West Texas Genetics firm has been responsible for some big wins on the biggest stages, as well as breed changing individuals over the last couple years and that gives us even more confidence that BIG SWING comes out of a true breeding program, ensuring his unique traits will pass on consistently to the next generation. BIG SWING combines lots of far-reaching traits not often found in one package!! He is extreme in his look from his blade forward while still being very stout in his skull with a strong jawline. We think he is special for a Spot in his ability to be extended up front and big chested, while still having a great set to his shoulder, curvature to his forearm and front foot, and squareness at the ground. From the side, he is very eye appealing in his proportions and balance that make up his overall skeletal build. He is long and level about his hip while he plants, driving off a very flexible hind leg with set and cushion to his hock.
